We are able to advise on a wide range of manufacturing processes and materials helping to save money and improve the end result.

Glass Solutions operates an Autodesk 2D CAD system to assist in its design process. Using it’s library of ready drawn components we can quickly construct drawings for most laboratory glassware.

The system frequently shows it’s value when working remotely from our customers, allowing the rapid development of an idea into a one-off design or first prototype.

We can manipulate customers DXF and DWG 2D drawing to quickly show how a small tweak to the design might reduce cost or improve the integrity of the product.

Glass Solutions is happy to be involved at any stage of the design process, even if there is nothing more than a problem to be solved and without any concept of how that might be achieved.

Typically there is no charge for our design effort, however, if circumstance arise that mean a charge is appropriate then we would advise of these costs in advance.
